We have been priveledged to now have access to the Colorado Mentorship Program, a project initiated by the Council of Tribes and administrated by some excellent members of our local community.
The Colorado Mentorship Program adopts a three tier approach to training of the course of a one-year committment by both the Mentors as well as the Apprentices:
- Tier 1: - Boot Camp
- Tier 2: - One on One Training with a Mentor
- Tier 3: - Wrap Up Sessions - Where to go After Training
The program is very comprehensive and requires a time commitment on the part of the participants.
