Our Mentorship Program

Our Mentorship Program is an educational tool designed to accommodate all levels of experience. We provide a safe and reliable resource for someone who is brand new to the lifestyle to obtain basic knowledge from or for more experienced people to further their education through. Whether you are gay, straight, or somewhere in between, Dominant, submissive, Master, slave, switch, Top, bottom or not quite sure yet… we will match a less experienced person with a more experienced person. Dominants/Masters/Tops are matched with other Dominants/Masters/Tops. Likewise, submissives/slaves/bottoms are matched with submissives/slaves/bottoms. Switches can be matched with other switches or if there is a particular direction they would like to explore, they can be matched accordingly. The mentorship program undertakes to perform the following functions:

• Matching people based on many factors including lifestyle interests, personality, experience level, sexual orientation (if requested), time commitment expectations, gender (if requested), and learning style.
• Providing a program overview class for mentors to become familiar with the goals of the program
• Facilitating an introductory meeting
• Following up periodically to ensure continued success
• An online Yahoo group for sharing ideas for mentoring
• Impartial arbitration should conflict resolution be needed
• Grooming for protégés to become mentors themselves
